Alex is an experienced consultant that leads the client in identifying opportunities to enhance revenue growth, specifically in using technological shifts as a catalyst to customer-focused operations and products. Her experience spans multiple disciplines and industries, including product strategy, organizational design, change management/training, digital marketing, customer experience design, SaaS, and finance.
Prior to joining SBI, Alex held many roles as a Customer Sales & Service consultant at Accenture. There, she had led teams and participated in innovative client work, including starting a net-new company and product for her client with the goal of disrupting the insurance market.
