Gina joins SBI from WellRight where she played a similar role as a HR leader in a small, growing firm wearing every hat imaginable from a HR perspective - from Employee Relations, Onboarding, Performance Management, Payroll, Benefits, etc. She built up several processes from the ground up and implemented HR systems, such as an Applicant Tracking System. Gina also spent some formative years at SRAM, which was a fast growing bike manufacturer, where she helped scale the HR function again wearing many hats as a HR Generalist/Business Partner. There she implemented a Global Development Program that included soft skills training to help employee’s development. As we look to scale SBI through our growth years, Gina's experience with small to midsize firms will be invaluable for us as we seek to streamline and automate so many of our People processes and improve our overall Employee Experience. Gina has a true passion for People Development and some particular expertise on using assessment tools that will help as we think about designing and evolving our approach to "Driving People to Reach their Full Potential". Prior to HR, Gina was a mental health therapist, so she leverages those interpersonal skills when helping employees.
