Kevin Avery advises CEOs and functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and HR via SBI’s Growth Acceleration business unit.
From 2013-2017, Kevin worked in SBI’s consulting business as Senior Consultant and Principal. Kevin’s clients ranged in size from $17M to $6B across two dozen industries. He also fulfilled the role of subject matter expert in Routes to Market (aka Channels) strategy for the Firm.
Prior to rejoining SBI, Kevin operated Initiative-Driven, an independent advisory business, following a year in Forrester’s Sirius Decisions unit’s CSO practice and two years as independent consultant at Sales Executioner.
Kevin’s last Enterprise leadership role was Chief of Staff for the CRO of ~$1B Here Technologies where he ran sales strategy, operations and enablement. His other career stops at Syniverse (~500M), Cisco Systems ($44B) and Spanlink Communications ($1M-$40M) included leadership positions in:
