Nick is a two-time best-selling coauthor of The Challenger Customer: Selling to the Hidden Influencer Who Can Multiply Your Deals and The Effortless Experience: Conquering the New Battleground for Customer Loyalty. His expertise and research has been published multiple times in the Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. He graduated from the University of Chicago and resides in the Washington DC metro area.
