Platform and Reporting Manager

Sarah manages an array of systems and processes that enable operations across Sales, People, Delivery and Marketing functions at SBI.  She develops tools to enhance processes throughout the firm that lead to establishing scalable mechanisms to generate key insights to support data-driven decision making at the executive level.

In previous roles, Sarah has used her technical and problem-solving expertise to identify innovative business solutions.  She has led strategic initiatives such as the rollout and maintenance of new platforms, process improvements leveraging available tools, and the creation of metrics on current as well as new process performance.
