Women's Growth Forum

SBI is dedicated to helping everyone who encounters the firm to reach their full potential for unforgettable personal and professional growth.

For several years, we have hosted growth forums for CEOs, CROs, and operating partners to discuss current macroeconomic and market conditions to share and learn from others facing similar challenges.

Attendees are from a wide range of companies such as Paychex, Blackbaud, Deltek, and TierPoint. From those conversations, we have seen a need for a dedicated group in which women can support one another.

For our inaugural event, our discussion will relate to the Tallest Poppy Syndrome. As leaders, we must share our experiences, examine how we may have contributed to cutting down others, and discuss how we can help women in our networks to reach their full potential.

To encourage an honest and engaging conversation, attendance will be limited to 20 attendees and will not be recorded.
